Windsor.ai
No-code marketing data connector and ETL platform
The cheapest door into multi-source marketing data pipelines, with a free plan that actually lasts, as long as you watch the warehouse meter.
SMB marketers and small agencies who want all connectors and all destinations on every plan, with unlimited users, at a flat rate that does not creep.
Monthly Active Rows (MAR) overages on warehouse destinations turn a $19 plan into a surprise bill. The jump from Basic to Standard is a 5x price hike with no middle ground.
Reach for it when you need reliable data pipes at a predictable price and you already own the BI layer. Skip it if you need deep in-platform transformations or enterprise SLAs.
What you're actually getting
Windsor.ai is a no-code data pipeline that pulls marketing data from 325+ sources and pushes it to your BI tool, spreadsheet, warehouse, or AI chat. You pick the sources, pick the destination, set a schedule, and it syncs.
The core pitch is everything included. All connectors, all destinations, and unlimited users come with every paid plan. Competitors commonly charge per source, per destination, and per seat. Windsor meters only how many data sources and accounts you connect.
There is also a free forever plan with one source and one account. A 30-day full-feature trial with 10 sources and 15 accounts sits on top, so you can test your actual setup before committing.
It's easy to use, and I like that I can test things out and see the results before committing to anything.
Where it earns its keep
It wins on price transparency. A three-source setup that costs $19/mo on Windsor can run $150+ on Supermetrics once you add destinations and seats. Agencies with many small clients get unlimited users and flat-rate billing, which keeps the math simple as they scale.
The connector breadth is real. Google Ads, Meta, GA4, LinkedIn, TikTok, HubSpot, Salesforce, Shopify, and hundreds more all work across every tier. There are no premium connectors locked behind higher plans.
The MCP server for AI tools is a genuine differentiator. You can query your unified marketing data inside Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor using natural language, which removes the dashboard bottleneck for quick questions.
The most helpful part of Windsor.ai is its ability to connect multiple marketing data sources quickly and reliably. It simplifies data integration and makes it easier to create unified reports without complex setup.
Where it'll bite you
MAR overages are the trap. When you sync to a warehouse like BigQuery or Snowflake, each plan includes a Monthly Active Rows allowance. Basic gives you 5M rows at $20 per extra million. Campaign-level data with many dimensions, ad groups, and keywords can burn through that fast. A strong quarter raises your delivery cost and your bill.
The jump from Basic to Standard is 5x, from $19 to $99 a month. If you need four data sources, you pay the same $99 as someone using seven. There is no intermediate tier, and the overage rate on Basic is the most expensive per row of any plan.
Connector reliability varies. Third-party reviews flag occasional rate-limit hiccups and incorrect data pulls. When a connector breaks, you wait on support. Response times are solid on higher tiers but can lag on Basic. Start with your specific connectors during the free trial and verify data accuracy before paying.
Their customer service is horrible. They promote a $19 a month plan and charge you yearly without you noticing.
What it costs, really
Paid plans start at $19/mo on annual billing for 3 data sources, 75 accounts, and 5M MAR. Standard is $99/mo for 7 sources and 7.5M MAR. Plus is $249/mo for 10 sources. Professional is $499/mo for 14 sources, 500 accounts, and 15-minute syncs.
Your real bill has two parts: the plan price plus MAR overages on any warehouse destination. Price your own pilot with your actual data volume. A fully populated Google Ads connector pulling campaign, ad group, and keyword dimensions can easily exceed 5M rows per month. Attribution modeling is a separate paid add-on starting around $54/mo, which puts serious multi-touch attribution in a different bracket from the connector plans.
The interface could be modernized and polished compared to industry tools.
The other shoe has not dropped yet, so I have no complaints.
Same job, other tools
