# Trigify review

A signal layer that turns social activity into named, ready-to-act-on prospects, worth it when one operator owns the workflow and watches the credit meter.

## The take

- **Great for:** Outbound-led B2B teams whose buyers **post on LinkedIn and Reddit** about problems, with a RevOps person to turn signals into sent messages within hours.
- **The catch:** **Signal noise and credit opacity.** High-volume plans fire dozens of low-intent alerts a day, and there is no public table for what each action costs in credits.
- **Bottom line:** Reach for it when you want the **LinkedIn listening motion live this week** without building it in Clay. Skip it if your buyers never post on social.

## Specs

- **Starting price:** $40/mo Starter (4,000 credits)
- **Free tier:** 14-day trial only, plus 250 starter credits on pay-as-you-go
- **Pricing model:** Credits (single meter), $0.012/credit overage
- **Best for:** Outbound B2B teams with a RevOps operator
- **Key integrations:** Clay, HubSpot, Salesforce, Instantly, Attio, Slack, HeyReach, plus REST API, MCP server, CLI
- **Watch out for:** Signal noise on high-volume plans and non-refundable credits with no public cost table

## What you're actually getting

Trigify is a **signal layer**, not a contact database. You nominate competitor pages, creators, keywords, and target accounts, and it watches 11-plus public social surfaces for buying activity: a prospect commenting on a competitor launch, complaining about a tool, changing role, or starting to hire.
Each signal resolves to a **named person with the source post attached**, then gets enriched with email and phone and routed by a workflow into your CRM or sequencer. Jarvis, the AI copilot, can build the monitoring and workflows from a plain-English prompt, or you assemble them on a canvas.
It ships an **API, MCP server, and CLI** so AI agents run the whole loop from a terminal. The "signal layer for AI agents" framing is accurate, and the agent surface is there to use today.

## Where it earns its keep

It earns its keep on **timing over volume**. A prospect posts about a pain you solve at 9am, and by 9:10am that post has triggered a workflow, been scored against your ICP, enriched, and landed in your sequencer with an outreach task queued.
The sweet spot is **LinkedIn engagement capture**. Track who likes and comments on a competitor's high-traction posts, filter to the titles you care about, and you start outreach with context instead of a cold list.
It is also the **fastest path to a working signal motion** if you do not have a RevOps person who wants to build it in Clay. Configure a few listening searches and you have leads the same day, with the source post as proof.

## Where it'll bite you

**Signal noise is the first trap.** High-volume plans surface many low-intent triggers, and without disciplined filtering reps end up with dozens of daily alerts where a handful are actionable. Signal fatigue sets in fast.
**Credit opacity is the second.** There is no public credit-consumption table, so you cannot model cost before committing, and credits are non-refundable once added. Price your own pilot on the $0.012 overage rate before trusting any plan number.
**Coverage is social-activity only.** A buyer who never posts or engages on the watched surfaces simply does not exist in Trigify. If your ICP lives in email and private communities, this tool will not find them, and you still need Clay or a separate enrichment partner for verified contact data at scale.

## What it costs, really

Paid starts at **$40/mo Starter** for 4,000 credits, 25 listening searches, and 2 seats. The working tier is **$199/mo Max** for 40,000 credits, 100 searches, and 5 seats, with BYOK and free Jarvis runs. Enterprise is custom, from 200,000 credits with SSO and a dedicated CSM.
The sticker price is the small part. The real cost is **credits burned across signals, enrichments, engagement, and Jarvis runs**, all on one meter at $0.012 per credit overage. The entry price has moved from $185 to $69 to $149 to $40 over roughly 18 months, so budget for the plan you sign, and re-check the pricing page before you renew.

## Reach for it / skip it

- **Reach for it if:** Outbound-led B2B teams with a RevOps operator who can turn social signals into sent messages within hours, and whose buyers post on LinkedIn and Reddit.
- **Skip it if:** Your buyers do not post on social, or you need verified contact data at scale without building a workflow. A clean Apollo export plus Clay enrichment gets you there with fewer moving parts.

## What real users said

- "I've been using Trigify.io as our social listening infrastructure for 2 years now. They continue to ship out incredible features. Over 3 months: 605 intentional connections sent. 344 accepted (56.9% acceptance rate). 115 message replies (34.3% reply rate). The numbers hold because the targeting was earned. We weren't interrupting strangers. We were reaching out to people who had already raised their hand through their own content and activity." -- Robert Clark, LinkedIn
- "How many tools are you paying for just to send an outbound email? I counted mine. Six. Apollo for list building. Clay for enrichment. Trigify for LinkedIn signals. SmartLead for sending and warmup. Heyreach for LinkedIn outbound. Zapier to stitch it all together." -- Mark Colgan, LinkedIn
- "Trigify.io just dropped subreddit monitoring & we're testing it for our own GTM. For us that means finding subreddits where founders, sales leaders & RevOps teams ask questions about outbound + GTM. Think r/RevOps, r/coldemail, r/sales & r/ProductMarketing. Every time a relevant post hits we review it, jump into the thread & add something worth reading." -- Michael Kyriakides, LinkedIn
