# RB2B review

The cheapest way to find out WHO is on your site, at the person level. US-only and Slack-first, priced so low it resets the category.

## The take

- **Great for:** US-focused B2B teams that want **named visitors pushed to Slack** and worked the same day, without paying enterprise visitor-ID prices.
- **The catch:** **US-only coverage**, person-level only from $79/mo, and **no workflow engine**. You wire enrichment and follow-up yourself.
- **Bottom line:** Turn it on free and see who shows up. Pay when the Slack pings turn into pipeline. If your traffic is mostly non-US, look elsewhere.

## Specs

- **Starting price:** $0 (free plan, 150 resolutions/mo); paid from $79/mo
- **Free tier:** Yes, permanent. 150 resolutions/mo, no time limit. 7-day Pro trial is separate.
- **Pricing model:** Per monthly resolutions (identified visitors), self-serve slider up to 125,000/mo
- **Best for:** US B2B sites with LinkedIn-led outbound and an SDR who lives in Slack
- **Key integrations:** Slack (native push), Clay and sequencer workflows via exports
- **Watch out for:** Non-US traffic is dead weight; accuracy claims (70-80%) exceed what most users report

## What you're actually getting

RB2B drops a pixel on your site and tells you which **US-based individuals** visited, matched to LinkedIn profiles, pushed to Slack in near real time. The free plan (150 resolutions/mo) is company-level only in practice; person-level starts at $79/mo.
What it does NOT do: enrichment depth, scoring, routing, or outreach. The Reddit playbooks all pair it with **Clay and a sequencer**. RB2B identifies; you build the pipe.
The founder, Adam Robinson, publishes the P&L in public. RB2B crossed **$9M ARR in May 2026**, and by August 2026 Robinson posted he had passed his $25M ARR lean-team goal, with an unusually honest July 2026 post about a churn-rate spike along the way.

## Where it earns its keep

**Cold-start visitor ID at near-zero cost.** The free tier is real, not a trial, and the Slack push makes it usable the day it is installed. G2 sits at **4.5 across 271 reviews**, with US person-level accuracy the most praised point.
Founder-led transparency builds unusual trust for the category. Public ARR, public churn post-mortems, and a pricing philosophy that keeps the free tier genuinely free are rare in visitor identification.
For teams running LinkedIn-first outbound, the workflow is clean: RB2B fires a Slack ping with a name and LinkedIn URL, an SDR clicks through, and the outreach starts the same day. One r/coldemail practitioner reported **$228/month in tool costs producing $22,000/month in pipeline** at a 16% reply rate using RB2B plus Clay plus LinkedIn outreach.

## Where it'll bite you

**US-only identification** means international traffic produces nothing. Reviewers flag it as the top limitation, and independent testing confirms: identification rates hover at **20 to 40 percent of US visitors**, not the marketed 70 to 80 percent.
**Low-traffic sites** can burn the resolution cap without enough matches to justify paid tiers. The effective cost per reveal on a site under 5,000 monthly visitors is higher than it looks.
**There is no workflow layer.** Identified visitors go nowhere unless you build the pipe yourself. The moment you are clearing 20-plus visitor alerts per day and your SDR is spending an hour triaging them, you have outgrown the tool.
One paid user in the cloud/FinOps space reported that most leads were salespeople or people who did not understand basic cloud tech, with ROI close to zero for that vertical.

## What it costs, really

Free: $0 (150 resolutions/mo, company-level). **Starter $79/mo** (300 resolutions, person-level, LinkedIn URLs). **Pro $149/mo** (600 resolutions, business emails). **Pro+ $199/mo** (premium resolution). A volume slider scales to 125,000 resolutions/mo.
At least one April 2026 third-party review (Abmatic, a competitor) claims the starting price is $129/mo. That is **stale**. The live pricing page today shows $79/$149/$199, verified September 6.
**Cost per identified visitor**, not per seat, is the right mental model. A team paying $79/mo for 300 resolutions that yields 60 to 120 actual person-level matches is paying roughly $0.66 to $1.32 per identified visitor. That is cheap, but only if the matches are relevant to your ICP.

## Reach for it / skip it

- **Reach for it if:** US-focused B2B teams that want named website visitors pushed to Slack and worked the same day, without paying enterprise visitor-ID prices.
- **Skip it if:** Your traffic is more than 30 percent non-US, or your SDR team needs workflow routing and scoring built in. RB2B identifies; it does not orchestrate. Warmly or Vector cover those cases at a higher price.

## What real users said

- "We connected RB2B to identify anonymous visitors... profiles get enriched through Clay, then auto enrolled into LinkedIn outreach... $228/month in tool costs, $22,000/month in pipeline, 16% average reply rate." -- r/coldemail poster, Reddit
- "RB2B gives us the data of the lead profile and the amount of activity the lead has performed on our site. We created a Claude skill which... scores the activity as high intent, medium or low intent." -- r/coldemail poster, Reddit
- "RB2B is genuinely useful for LinkedIn-first outreach on a zero budget, but teams doing serious signal-based outbound will outgrow it fast and should evaluate Warmly or Trigify instead." -- Ian Chamberland, The Automations Guide
- "The moment you are clearing 20-plus visitor alerts per day and your SDR is spending an hour triaging them, you have outgrown the tool." -- Ian Chamberland, The Automations Guide
