Polsia Review
Autonomous AI agent that runs your marketing while you sleep
An AI that queues and runs its own outbound, ads, and landing pages while you sleep, dazzling to watch and, so far, closer to a demo than a revenue engine.
Solo founders and indie hackers who want to watch an idea execute itself, cold email, UGC video ads, a landing page, and analytics, all queued and run by the agent.
It acts without approval gates and takes 20% of revenue and ad spend, and the one honest hands-on test spent about $100 for zero leads.
Reach for it to experiment on a throwaway idea. Keep a real business, a real domain, and a real prospect list off it until reliability and control catch up.
What you're actually getting
Polsia is an autonomous AI system that plans, codes, and markets a company on daily cycles. You give it an idea, or click surprise me, and it provisions a real web app, database, business email, and an API budget, then a set of agents start running their own tasks.
For a marketer the interesting surface is execution. It queues and runs outbound cold email, produces UGC-style video ads, builds a landing page, and stands up an analytics dashboard, without you doing the work by hand.
You steer through a chat window and review daily summaries. Polsia acts closer to a co-founder on autopilot than a tool you drive step by step, founded by Ben Cera and live since early 2026.
It spent about $100 and got zero leads. But honestly? I'm still impressed.
Where it earns its keep
The interface is the story. In Tom Granot's hands-on test the agent researched targets, found a relevant company, found the person, wrote the email, and sent it end to end with no input from him.
It also made UGC-style Meta video ads he said were not terrible, work he admitted he would never have run himself, plus a landing page and an analytics view.
The autonomy is real. It queues its own tasks, runs them, and lets you redirect by chat, which is a genuine preview of where agent-run execution is heading.
It actually created UGC style video things that are actually not terrible. I would probably never run UGC ads on Meta, and it did.
Where it'll bite you
It acts without asking. Users report cold emails sent to real professional contacts and posts published before any review, and one investor watched it name a company and tweet about it before the landing page was ready.
Results are thin and rough. Tom Granot spent about $100 and got zero leads, reviewers call the copy generic, and one documented user paid for weeks of work and got seven signups and zero paying customers. The lead form he asked for did not even store leads he could reach.
Reliability and control are weak. Trustpilot has fallen to about 1.8 out of 5, with reports of tasks marked complete that never deployed, credits burned on failed tasks, slow support, and domains locked to Polsia's Render infrastructure.
It doesn't actually have a database of leads that I can access. It's pretty terrible. It's not ready for someone like me who sells to more established companies.
What it costs, really
The founder states $49 a month, which includes one nightly autonomous task, 5 on-demand credits (10 bonus the first month), a web server, database, business email, and about $5 of API usage. One credit is one task.
The headline number is the smallest part. Polsia takes 20% of revenue and of the ad spend it manages, framed as incubator not SaaS, and the agents spend real money on APIs and ads on your behalf.
Watch the plan display. A later independent review lists a tiered credit ladder from $20 to $1,000 a month instead of the flat $49, so confirm the active plan and the exact terms of the 20% take at checkout.
I gave it my credit card and clicked surprise me to see what could possibly go wrong. It instantly went full stalker mode. Researched me, figured out I run PROTOTYPE, and decided to build an AI-native version of my own analyst team.
