Hyros

AI ad tracking and attribution software

Last updated August 23, 2026
The take

The attribution tool that high-ticket funnel operators swear by, priced like a partner who takes a cut of every dollar you track.

Great for

Info-product sellers, coaches, and agencies running $30k+/month in paid ads with long, multi-step funnels where phone calls and email sequences drive the close.

The catch

Pricing scales with your tracked revenue, not your usage. The more you sell, the more Hyros costs, and the actual number stays hidden until you book a demo.

Bottom line

Reach for it when offline conversions and call tracking are the missing piece in your attribution. Skip it for standard DTC e-commerce with short purchase cycles.

What you're actually getting

Hyros runs its own server-side tracking layer alongside your ad platforms. First-party tracking captures the ad-driven conversions that platform pixels miss, especially since iOS 14, and follows buyers across clicks, calls, emails, and CRM stages.

The output is a dashboard that attributes revenue back to specific ads, ad sets, and campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and YouTube. Cleaned conversion data also feeds back into Meta and Google's bidding AI, so the algorithms optimize toward real buyers.

Two newer layers extend it: a Neural Attribution Engine (February 2026) that folds in behavioral signals like email opens, quiz completions, and page dwell time, plus AIR, a separate AI remarketing agent that identifies site visitors and triggers automated email and SMS follow-ups.

TripleWhale and Hyros are the 10x upgrade because they provide deep attribution - they follow the specific path of a single customer over a full year when Meta tracks a customer over only 28 days. And that level of intelligence allows you to scale spend with confidence because you know exactly what a customer is worth in the long run.

Where it earns its keep

The sharpest edge is call and offline conversion tracking. When a meaningful share of closes happen over the phone or inside a CRM, Hyros connects those conversions back to the originating ad, which platform pixels cannot do.

It also earns its keep on budget decisions across channels. The cleaner revenue picture lets you move spend between Meta, Google, TikTok, and YouTube with less guesswork.

Social proof runs deep: founded by Alex Becker, used by 4,000+ brands, and rated 4.9 on Trustpilot across 652 reviews. The natural audience is high-ticket coaching, info products, phone-close SaaS, and the agencies that run their funnels.

TripleWhale and Hyros matter when you're actually omnichannel at scale, but most brands at $50k monthly are still 80%+ Meta or Google... paying $500-800/month for attribution software when your CAC mystery is actually broken checkout flow or offer positioning is just expensive distraction from the real problems.

Where it'll bite you

The bill grows when you grow. Pricing tiers track your monthly tracked revenue, so the same tooling costs more as you sell more. Users report renewal increases of up to 43 percent.

Pricing is demo-gated. You cannot see real numbers or compare vendors without booking a call, and the 12-month contract starts before your tracking setup is proven. Onboarding runs 2 to 12 weeks, so early contract months can pass before the data is trustworthy.

Treat this like a considered purchase that deserves its own evaluation: demo gate, onboarding fee, annual commitment, and a price that moves with your revenue.

I've had multiple instances where Hyros randomly drops all tracking data — always at the worst possible time, usually right as we're scaling ads. It completely disrupts our reporting and makes decision-making impossible. What's even more disappointing is that this issue has been happening for a long time, and the engineering team still hasn't been able to provide a proper fix.

What it costs, really

The official pricing page shows $69/month for up to $5k tracked monthly revenue, but that slider routes to a demo form. Operator-reported figures put the real entry point at $379 to $800/month on a 12-month commitment, scaling to $1,200-$2,000/month in growth bands and $3,000-$5,000+/month at scale.

Onboarding fees of $2,000 to $4,000 are common, sometimes waived on annual plans. The AIR remarketing agent bills separately: around $0.10 per message with a 500-message monthly minimum, or roughly 4.5 percent of the revenue it generates.

Because tiers key off tracked revenue, model your own numbers before the call. Your price holds next year only if your revenue stays flat.

I've looked into some of the attribution services like Hyros and such, they do make it sound like it will be easier to scale once they can tell me what creatives etc are the ones converting when Meta gets it wrong quite often, but I'm seeing very mixed reviews on reddit and similar.
