# HeyReach review

The strongest multi-account LinkedIn outreach tool for agencies, with the honest caveat that LinkedIn can restrict any account, theirs included.

## The take

- **Great for:** Agencies managing **10 to 50+ LinkedIn sender accounts** who need rotation, client workspaces, and whitelabel in one dashboard.
- **The catch:** **LinkedIn can restrict or ban accounts** running automation. In March 2026 LinkedIn removed HeyReach's own company page and exec profiles.
- **Bottom line:** Reach for it when **agency-scale LinkedIn outbound** is the job and you've made peace with the account risk. Solo SDRs should look elsewhere.

## Specs

- **Starting price:** $79 per LinkedIn sender/mo (Growth, monthly)
- **Free tier:** 14-day trial only, no standing free plan
- **Pricing model:** Per LinkedIn sender; flat at Agency tier
- **Best for:** Agencies running 10+ LinkedIn sender accounts
- **Key integrations:** Clay, HubSpot, Instantly, Smartlead, Make, n8n, MCP server
- **Watch out for:** LinkedIn account-restriction risk; vendor's own page was banned in 2026

## What you're actually getting

HeyReach is **cloud-based LinkedIn automation** built around one idea: rotate sends across many LinkedIn sender accounts so no single profile hits LinkedIn's weekly caps.
You connect multiple LinkedIn accounts to one campaign, and HeyReach distributes connection requests, messages, follows, and profile views across them. A **unified inbox** pulls every reply into one view, so an operator managing 20 client accounts isn't logging in and out all day.
It is **LinkedIn only**. There is no native email channel. For email you wire in Instantly or Smartlead, and HeyReach orchestrates the two together. Enrichment credits are bundled but thin, so most teams bring their own list from Clay or Sales Navigator.

## Where it earns its keep

The win is **sender rotation at agency scale**. One campaign across 10 or 50 LinkedIn accounts, each kept inside LinkedIn's per-account limits, multiplies total volume without any one profile doing the heavy lifting.
The **Agency tier economics** are the real draw. $999/mo flat for up to 50 senders works out to roughly $20 per sender, against $79/seat on Growth. Workspaces keep each client's senders, leads, and campaigns isolated under one login, and whitelabel lets you put your brand on it.
G2 sits at **4.7 across roughly 48 to 71 reviews**, with reviewers praising the multi-account dashboard, the unified inbox, and the MCP server that lets AI agents drive campaigns. Support was a recurring positive note through 2025 and into early 2026.

## Where it'll bite you

**LinkedIn account risk is the headline trap.** HeyReach automates connection requests and bulk messaging, which violate LinkedIn's Terms of Service. Accounts can be flagged, restricted, or banned, on any tool in this category.
The cautionary tale is the vendor itself. On **March 25, 2026, LinkedIn removed HeyReach's company page and restricted the CEO, CTO, CRO, and CMO profiles**, with no notice. HeyReach says customer campaigns kept running untouched, and frames it as a brand takedown, separate from the account-behavior bans that hit individual users. The honest read: even a careful, widely used vendor got hit, so plan for the possibility that your senders do too.
The second trap is **reliability and support decay at scale**. Trustpilot reviewers flag bugs that lose unsaved sequences, accounts taking 5-6 attempts to link, campaigns taking up to two days to start, and MCP dashboard numbers that don't match the main dashboard. Support response times have stretched to 24-48 hours on complex issues, and there are billing and no-refund complaints tied to downgrades.

## What it costs, really

Growth starts at **$79 per LinkedIn sender per month**, dropping to $59 at 10+ senders on annual billing. A 5-sender SDR team pays $395/mo before any add-ons, which is steep for small teams.
Agency flips to flat pricing: **$999/mo for up to 50 senders**, with whitelabel, done-for-you onboarding, and 1,000 enrichment credits. Unlimited is $2,999/mo for unlimited senders (fair-use cap around 500) with multi-brand whitelabel and done-for-you migration. Annual billing pulls Agency to about $749/mo equivalent.
The sticker is only part of the bill. **Proxies, enrichment credit top-ups, and a separate email tool** like Instantly all sit on top of the plan price, so model the full stack before you commit.

## Reach for it / skip it

- **Reach for it if:** Agencies and GTM teams running LinkedIn outbound across 10 or more sender accounts who accept the account-risk tradeoff.
- **Skip it if:** You have one or two LinkedIn accounts or need email in the same platform. A cheaper single-account tool like Dripify, or Instantly for email-first outbound, fits better.

## What real users said

- "For a really narrow ICP, a generic outreach tool isn't enough. What works is HeyReach for the outreach itself, paired with an enrichment layer like Clay to match the specific ICP. The real bottleneck is sourcing and enrichment, not the sending." -- 10x Marketers member, 10x Marketers community
- "I've been using HeyReach for 2+ years now. What I've noticed every single time: they ship fast when users ask for something. Creators ask. Customers ask. Updates show up. That's the kind of product behavior GTM engineers respect." -- Arpit Singh, LinkedIn
- "HeyReach just got banned by LinkedIn. We've run 200+ campaigns with them. Of all the LinkedIn tools out there, HeyReach was one of the most careful, and they still got banned. Which means no one is safe. Worth noting, existing campaigns are still running, users are not affected." -- Bill Stathopoulos, LinkedIn
- "HeyReach got banned on LinkedIn last week. Here's the exact reason this happens (so you never lose your account). LinkedIn flags two things: your account logging in from two places at once, and your behaviors suddenly changing. Lemlist, Phantombuster, La Growth Machine, these tools run in the cloud. That means by design your account is always logging in from two places at once. That's the risk you're taking." -- Charlie Plonski, LinkedIn
