# DiscoLike review

A search engine over its own crawl of the business web, built to surface high-fit accounts that LinkedIn-derived tools like Apollo and ZoomInfo miss.

## The take

- **Great for:** SDR and RevOps teams who have **exhausted LinkedIn-based lists** and need small, private, or international accounts that scraped feeds don't cover.
- **The catch:** **Credit-metered pricing** (per query plus per record) that climbs with volume, and a **thin independent-review track record** so far.
- **Bottom line:** Reach for it when **coverage beyond LinkedIn** is the whole problem. Trial it against your ICP before committing, since the pricing math depends on your query and record volume.

## Specs

- **Starting price:** $99/mo (Starter)
- **Free tier:** No (demo available; paid from $99/mo)
- **Pricing model:** Per query ($0.18 to $0.08) plus per 1,000 records ($3.50 to $1.50), monthly
- **Best for:** SDR and RevOps teams building high-fit account lists beyond LinkedIn
- **Key integrations:** API, MCP, SDK, CLI, Zapier; export to your stack
- **Watch out for:** Credit-metered costs at volume; limited independent reviews to date

## What you're actually getting

DiscoLike is a **search engine over its own index of 80M+ business websites**, not another reseller of the same bought data feeds. You describe your ICP in plain language, give it a lookalike domain, or paste an exact phrase, and it returns every matching company ranked by fit, with verified contacts on each match.
The founding claim is that it **owns the crawl**: it says it crawls every business website, indexes what each company says in 55 languages across 180+ countries, and serves results in the app, by API, or by MCP. That is the opposite of tools that stitch third-party feeds behind a search box.
It is **built for agents as much as people**: alongside the web app there is an API, SDK, CLI, and a data MCP server so an AI agent can run live searches against the index at runtime.

## Where it earns its keep

The edge is **coverage of accounts other tools miss**: the small, private, and international companies that never show up cleanly in LinkedIn-derived datasets. DiscoLike claims roughly **3x the coverage of LinkedIn-based tools** and pitches doubling or tripling your high-fit target-account list.
Because it crawls the sites directly, you can **target on website signals** most databases can't: site text, exact phrases, social links, mobile apps, locations, and the vendors powering each site (technographics). A companion feature, ContaGen, runs a live web search per company and verifies each email before you see it.
For teams already living in AI tooling, the **MCP server** is the forward-looking piece: an agent can turn a plain-English ICP into a ranked, validated company-and-contact list without you leaving the workflow.

## Where it'll bite you

**Pricing is metered, and it compounds.** You pay a per-query fee plus a charge per new record returned, on top of the monthly tier. At high volume that math can beat flat-rate rivals or lose to them, so model your real query and record counts before you commit.
**Contact coverage is not universal.** Their own demo shows a mix of verified emails and "no valid email" rows, which is honest but means you should expect gaps on some accounts and budget an enrichment fallback.
**It is newer and lightly reviewed.** We could not find G2, Trustpilot, or substantial third-party user reviews as of this writing, so the coverage and accuracy claims are largely the vendor's own. Treat a paid trial against your ICP as the real proof, not the marketing numbers.

## What it costs, really

Five monthly tiers: **Starter $99, Pro $199, Team $399, Company $799, Enterprise $1,599**, all billed monthly. Each tier bundles query credits, and you are charged **per query (from $0.18 down to $0.08)** and **per 1,000 records returned (from $3.50 down to $1.50)** as you use it.
Contact records include **email and phone when found**, rather than gating phone numbers behind a higher tier the way some rivals do, and a **90-day free cache** means re-pulling a recently returned record doesn't cost again. Higher tiers add more exclusion records, advanced targeting, and better support.
The honest way to price it is against your volume: a low-volume team lives near $99-$199, while heavy enrichment can push you up the per-record curve, where a flat-rate provider may be cheaper.

## Reach for it / skip it

- **Reach for it if:** SDR, RevOps, and founder-led sales teams who need high-fit accounts beyond the LinkedIn/Apollo pool, especially in small, private, or international markets, and who want an API or MCP their agents can query.
- **Skip it if:** You mostly need standard LinkedIn-covered mid-market US accounts, or you want flat, unlimited pricing with no credit meter. Apollo or a flat-rate enrichment API will fit better.

## What real users said

- "Today I tested Claude x DiscoLike to build a list of 5,000 companies in 2 minutes. ~10 min setup, simple prompt, scalable output." -- Vytautas Mikulenas, LinkedIn
- "If you're a heavy Clay user: DiscoLike is more honest about uncertainty, measurably less deceptive in output. Those qualities compound in long agentic sessions." -- Fivos Aresti, LinkedIn
