Clarify
AI-native CRM for revenue teams
An AI-native CRM that runs itself for founder-led sales teams, as long as you can live with a young, narrow product.
Founder-led startups who want a CRM that captures and updates itself from email, calendar, and calls, so reps stop logging activity by hand.
Integrations and reporting are still young. Teams with complex stacks or real analytics needs hit walls fast.
Reach for it when the team is small and founder-led and hates manual data entry. Skip it if you need a mature integration catalog or deep reporting.
What you're actually getting
Clarify is an autonomous CRM built for founder-led sales. Connect email and calendar and it captures activity, enriches contacts, records and summarizes meetings, and updates deals on its own.
The AI assistant, Rep, sits inside the workflow: ask it about pipeline, get a meeting prep brief, draft a follow-up from the call. It is woven into the product and answers in plain language.
A built-in Prospecting feature pairs Lead Finder with outbound campaigns, so a solo founder can source and email leads without a separate sequencer.
For a blank-page setup it's genuinely strong. Deals get created and moved through the pipeline automatically based on actual activity, and people/companies/deals link themselves together with no configuration. That matters when nobody at your company has CRM habits yet, since the usual failure mode with a first CRM is reps never updating it. Connecting your calendar also syncs past meetings, so you don't start empty, and the built-in AI notetaker handles prep briefs and post-call summaries.
Where it earns its keep
The win is killing manual data entry. Reviewers say Clarify auto-captures most of the activity they used to log by hand, and enrichment is free on every plan, including the free tier.
Meeting flow is the other standout: prep, record, and recap in one place, with summaries and action items generated after the call.
The credit-based, unlimited-seat pricing means adding reps costs nothing. You pay for AI work done, which stays cheap for small teams that move fast.
Be careful with apps like Clarity and DayAI. They charge for AI consumption and those costs can add up quickly. With folk, I can bring my own AI and connect thru MCP. A better tech stage solution in my opinion.
Where it'll bite you
Integrations are thin. Native connections cover the basics, and anything more complex leans on Zapier or the API. Reviewers repeatedly ask for more.
Reporting and analytics are in their infancy. If you need customizable dashboards or workflows between sales and marketing, expect gaps.
Credit math gets fuzzy at scale. Each AI action costs credits, and forecasting the bill as usage grows is hard. There is also no mobile app, and the MacOS app can feel sluggish.
What it costs, really
Free is $0 with 1k credits/mo, 20k records, and unlimited seats. Starter is $50/mo with 5k credits and 250k records, then $50 per extra 5k credits.
Growth is a custom quote that adds workflows, CRM migration, and SSO. Annual billing saves 20%, and a 14-day Growth trial needs no card.
The number that matters is credit burn, not seats. Price your own usage, because heavy meeting capture and enrichment can push you past the included credits faster than the sticker suggests.
