Swan AI
AI GTM workflow automation platform
An AI GTM engineer you brief in plain English, worth a test once you can name the trigger, the ICP, and the person who reviews what it sends.
Lean B2B teams drowning in cross-tool handoffs: signal-to-outreach, lead qualification and routing, meeting prep, and pipeline checks across CRM, Slack, email, and LinkedIn.
It only works as well as your ICP rules and approval gates, and the credit-based pricing is hard to forecast.
Reach for it with a clear trigger, a clear ICP, and a reviewer in the loop. Keep sending under human approval until you trust it.
What you're actually getting
Swan turns plain-English instructions into GTM workflows. You describe what should happen, and it runs the sequence: detect a signal, research the account, enrich and score the lead, route it, draft the outreach, update the CRM. You change a workflow by messaging it.
It runs on top of what you already own. Swan connects to HubSpot, Salesforce, Slack, Gmail, LinkedIn, and a long list of others, and acts across them. It is not a CRM, a contact database, or a dialer, and it does not replace your data or sending accounts. Bring your own signals and enriched contacts and Swan says those do not burn credits.
They have built their AI product on top of the Claude agent so these are API fees associated with their user's consumption… COGS increase = Revenue increase. Honestly, sometimes the comments here are the Lunatics.
Where it earns its keep
It pays off on recurring cross-tool work that currently eats a person's day: signal-led prospecting, inbound qualification and routing, website-visitor follow-up, meeting prep, and pipeline-health checks. You can keep a human review step, where drafts land in Slack for approval before anything sends.
A practitioner walkthrough describes a 30-minute setup and a weekly-trigger workflow with Slack review, and it names what matters most: the quality of the first two weeks comes down to how good your initial context and triggers are.
Where it'll bite you
Pricing is hard to predict. Swan bills by credits, and its own pages disagree on cost: the homepage says many actions are one credit, while the pricing FAQ says complex actions cost more. Top-ups run 150% of plan rate, so overshooting gets expensive. Ask which actions cost more than one credit and where you can watch usage before scaling.
Control and maturity are the second risk. The terms warn that AI output can contain errors and that Swan does not verify every output, so autonomous sending without review can amplify a weak ICP fast. There is no meaningful neutral review base yet, the G2 score you will find belongs to an unrelated company of the same name, and the legal entity is split between a Tel Aviv privacy policy and a Delaware terms page. Keep sending under human approval, and put one owner on ICP rules, triggers, and credit monitoring.
GetSwan.com (Swan AI) is an AI-powered Go-to-Market (GTM) platform…" I read it twice and I still don't know what they do.
What it costs, really
Solo is $100/month for 200 credits, Starter is $200/month for 1,000, and Growth is $419/month for 2,000 credits plus a $99 platform fee and five seats. Every credit runs $0.16, top-ups cost 150% of that, and Scale is custom. Annual billing can save up to 20% with rollover inside the term.
The sticker price is the easy part. The real cost is credits, and since Swan does not publish a full per-action table, price your own pilot before you trust anyone's estimate.
An AI GTM Engineer that turns any GTM process into an agentic workflow in seconds, from prompt to pipeline. So you're basically a useless middle man / reseller.
