Scrunch AI
AI-agent-facing site visibility
The AI visibility platform that actually serves your site to AI crawlers, worth it if you have the budget and engineering to deploy the delivery layer.
Mid-market and enterprise brands that treat AI visibility as a channel with its own infrastructure, plus agencies managing AI presence across multiple clients.
AXP and 5 of 9 LLMs are Enterprise-only. The Core plan gets you 4 engines and monitoring, but the delivery layer and full coverage need a sales conversation and a custom quote.
Reach for it when you are ready to deploy infrastructure, beyond checking a dashboard. If you only want to track mentions, cheaper tools do that without the enterprise price floor.
What you're actually getting
Scrunch is an AI visibility platform that monitors how your brand shows up across AI answer engines and pairs that with a delivery layer called the Agent Experience Platform. The monitoring side tracks your prompts, citations, competitors, and sentiment across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, and Copilot on the Core plan.
The AXP is the structural differentiator. It intercepts AI crawler traffic at the CDN layer and serves a compressed, machine-readable version of your pages so AI engines can parse and cite your content accurately, while your human-facing site stays unchanged.
The constraint is real: AXP, along with Claude, Gemini, Meta AI, Google AI Mode, and Grok tracking, sits on the Enterprise tier only. The Core plan gives you 4 of 9 LLMs, 125 prompts, and 5 site audits a month.
I use Scrunch on a daily basis for a few of our clients. If you haven't checked out their platform yet, I highly recommend taking it for a spin. There's a lot of noise in the space, but for me, they have a strong product that measures results. It's also a strong fit for agencies.
Where it earns its keep
It shines when a brand treats AI visibility as a channel with dedicated infrastructure, not a monthly report. The GA4 integration ties AI bot traffic to actual referral data, so you can attribute pipeline influence to AI search instead of guessing.
The competitor benchmarking is a genuine strength. You see which competitors win AI citations for your target prompts, plus sentiment and Scrunch's Influence Score, which is context traditional rank trackers do not give you.
Agencies get a dedicated multi-client workspace structure, and Agency Core costs the same $250/mo as the brand plan.
The big difference with Scrunch: Measurement + actually serving AI-readable content to bots at the edge. This means that humans see your site, while bots see an AI-friendly version built for them. One catch: the full bot-serving layer is enterprise-only and needs a CDN setup. The monitoring + audit pieces are open to try right now though.
Where it'll bite you
Cost is the first trap. $250/mo gets you 4 LLMs and 125 prompts. If you need Claude or Gemini tracking, or the delivery layer, you need Enterprise: a sales conversation and a custom quote.
The tier split is the second. The features that make Scrunch different from a plain tracker, AXP, API access, and 5 of the 9 engines, are all gated behind Enterprise. On Core you are paying $250/mo mostly for monitoring.
The Sitecore acquisition is the wildcard. Acquired June 2026 for a reported ~$225M per Bloomberg. The product still sells standalone, but the long-term roadmap points toward Sitecore's DXP suite. Teams outside Sitecore's orbit should ask about the independent product plan before committing annually.
Some of the features within the platform don't support exporting, which limits our ability to deliver that information directly to our clients. We have to rely upon the dashboard.
What it costs, really
Core is $250/mo for brands and agencies, same price either way. That gets you 4 LLMs, 125 unique prompts, 5 site audits a month, 1 brand workspace, and 5 seats. A 7-day free trial is available with no credit card required.
Enterprise is custom-priced. It adds the full 9-LLM coverage, AXP, API and CLI access, SSO (SAML/OIDC), SOC 2 Type II, and a dedicated account team. The jump from Core to Enterprise is the real budget item to plan for if you need Claude, Gemini, or the delivery layer.
I've been testing a tool called Scrunch that helps with exactly this. Instead of serving the same exact website to humans and bots, it does the opposite. Scrunch renders a page for bots that's AI-friendly and another for humans that's, well, human-friendly. I feel like this will be the gold-standard for site optimization going forward.
There's no good way to generate reports using Scrunch. I'm not advanced enough to figure out how to use the API to feed data into reporting tools.
Same job, other tools
