All-in-one cold email and LinkedIn outbound with unlimited mailboxes

Last updated August 23, 2026
The take

A budget-friendly all-in-one cold email and LinkedIn platform with unlimited mailboxes, if you can stomach the multi-product sprawl and a sequencer that still breaks at scale.

Great for

Founders and SMB outbound teams who want unlimited mailboxes, warmup, and LinkedIn in one login without paying per seat.

The catch

The $40 sticker is sequencing only. Infrastructure, lead data, and the AI SDR each bill separately, and the multichannel sequencer has documented bugs.

Bottom line

Reach for it when high-volume email deliverability on a budget is the job and you accept a young, fast-moving product. Skip it if you need intent data, deep analytics, or enterprise-grade reliability.

What you're actually getting

Salesforge is a cold outreach platform that bundles email sequencing, native LinkedIn outreach, AI personalization in 20+ languages, unlimited mailbox warmup, and a unified reply inbox (Primebox) under one login.

The core draw is unlimited mailboxes on every paid plan with no per-seat pricing. Connect as many inboxes as you want, and Salesforge rotates sends across them with smart mailbox rotation and dynamic IPs.

The complication is the product family. Salesforge is one of seven Forges: Mailforge and Infraforge for sending infrastructure, Warmforge for warmup, Primeforge for mailboxes, Leadsforge for lead data, and Agent Frank for autonomous AI SDR. Each bills separately, and figuring out which ones you need is the first real hurdle.

The platform's best quality is its combination of a user-friendly interface and powerful automation. It makes setting up complex email sequences incredibly simple, and the built-in lead validation has significantly improved our deliverability and campaign success rates.

Where it earns its keep

The win is deliverability infrastructure at a budget price. Unlimited mailboxes and built-in warmup come standard, sends rotate across your inboxes to protect inbox placement, and reviewers consistently praise this as best-in-class for the price.

The Growth tier economics are the real draw. $80/mo gets you 10,000 active contacts, 50,000 emails, unlimited LinkedIn senders, unlimited users, A/B testing, and priority support. Against per-seat competitors like Instantly or Smartlead, the math works at volume.

Agent Frank, the autonomous AI SDR, is the headline feature. It prospects from a 500M+ contact database, writes personalized emails in 20+ languages, sends, follows up, and books meetings in auto-pilot or co-pilot mode. G2 reviewers call the personalization genuinely human-sounding, and support is the most-praised attribute across 85+ reviews.

Salesforge has been a game-changer for my outreach. It's intuitive, saves time, and the automated emails feel genuinely personalized. The support team is outstanding, and the constant updates show real commitment to improvement.

Where it'll bite you

The multichannel sequencer is the headline trap. Multiple 2026 reviewers report it breaking when you add contacts to a running sequence, campaigns stopping without notification, and a beta-tester feeling. A February 2026 Trustpilot review titled "Full of bugs" captures it directly. If your outreach depends on sequences running smoothly at scale, test this hard during the trial.

The product sprawl is the second trap. The $40/mo entry price covers sequencing only. Sending infrastructure (Infraforge at $33/mo, Megaforge at $69/mo), domains, lead data, and Agent Frank at $499/mo each sit on top. Third-party estimates put the real entry cost closer to $90/mo once infrastructure is included.

No buying signals and shallow reporting round out the risks. Agent Frank personalizes at scale but cannot prioritize by intent, funding, or hiring. There is no pipeline attribution, no revenue influence tracking, and no sequence-level A/B testing framework. At least one r/coldemail user found open tracking marking unopened emails as opened, which breaks the deliverability optimization loop if true.

I asked to pause all subscriptions. They charged me for a subscription after and told me this is separate. The subscription wasn't even listed in subscriptions page. Going back and forth with CC company to get it handled.

What it costs, really

Pro starts at $40/mo billed annually ($48/mo monthly) for 1,000 active contacts, 5,000 emails, 300 personalization credits, one LinkedIn sender, and one user. Growth is $80/mo annual ($96/mo monthly) for 10,000 contacts, 50,000 emails, unlimited LinkedIn senders, unlimited users, A/B testing, and priority support.

Agent Frank is a separate product at $499/mo billed annually, with a quarterly option around $416/mo. Infrastructure add-ons like Infraforge ($33/mo) and Megaforge ($69/mo) are separate too, and both need a 2-week warmup before you can send.

Budget for the full stack before you commit: sequencing plus infrastructure plus domains plus lead credits plus Agent Frank if you want the autonomous mode. A working setup typically runs $90 to $130/mo before Agent Frank.

We tried several outreach tools, but Salesforge became our main one. Every time Rippla expands to a new city, Salesforge helps us reach both restaurants and influencers to overcome so calls "cold start". The only small downside, API is available only on high-tier plan. Would be great to have a light developer version too.

I like you can have all needed tools in one place but you do not need to use them if you don't wannt to. The structure is clear and the support team is realy helpful. You still feel that here and there are some features missing since the plattform is quite young. But YOu see updates on a weekly bases.
