AirOps
Governed content operations platform
A serious content-operations platform for teams whose content volume has become an operations problem, priced by a custom quote and worth real setup.
Established teams running content at real volume who need brand context, review flows, and publishing governed as workflows.
Custom pricing tied to volume, plus real setup before it pays off: source modeling, brand rules, QA, and training.
Worth it once one-off prompting can't keep the program consistent. Nail cost per approved asset and an attribution plan first.
What you're actually getting
AirOps runs content programs as workflows. You configure the logic in its Workflow Studio, load a brand kit and product or training sources for context, and connect review and publishing destinations. Then it produces content at program scale with those rules applied.
Context and governance are the point. Brand rules, source documents, approval flows, and publishing permissions sit at the center, which is what separates it from a lightweight generator. It targets SEO and AEO programs and product-led content, and connects to WordPress, Notion, Google Drive, and Semrush, with Webflow and Shopify examples in independent coverage.
this is the first platform where SEO and AEO felt like an operational system instead of a pile of prompts and browser tabs.
Where it earns its keep
It earns its place when content has become an operating problem: high volume, multiple context sources, and a real need for review and consistency. Governed generation with brand rules baked in, repeatable SEO and AEO production, and publishing straight to your live properties.
Reviewers back the breadth, with a 4.7/5 from 131 reviews on G2 where support and workflow value get the praise. This is the tier of tool that makes sense once one-off prompting cannot keep the program consistent.
I love AirOps. I think it's a solid tool.
Where it'll bite you
Setup is real work. Independent reviewers flag a learning curve and bugs, so budget for source modeling, brand rules, workflow design, QA, and training before the output earns trust. This is not a same-day win.
Attribution is the harder problem. Practitioners on Reddit question whether the content actually moves traffic and pipeline, and the platform will not answer that for you. Decide up front how you will connect output to qualified traffic and revenue, or you will pay for volume without knowing what it earned.
Because it publishes to live sites, verify approval gates, permissions, rollback, and audit history before you connect anything real.
what bothered me wasn't just the pricing it's that you don't really know your real cost until you're deep into usage.
What it costs, really
There is no public price. AirOps quotes custom, and the figure tracks your content volume and specific requirements, not a per-seat plan. The number worth working out is cost per approved asset, per workflow, and per publishing destination.
Ask for a quote against a defined volume, and pin down what happens to the bill as that volume grows.
I built a workflow that refreshed 25 old posts in ONE DAY. Each one got updated stats, new sections, SEO optimize… send to our editor → publish to WordPress.
the system still needs a human quality gate somewhere… otherwise you just end up scaling the same generic content problem faster.
