The take

The most complete outbound skill library for Claude Code, pulled from a working agency's playbook: 6 master orchestrators, 43 sub-skills, 137 sales triggers, and 34 email templates across cold email, LinkedIn ads and content, list building, signal sourcing, and n8n. Two honest catches. It carries no license file, so despite the open-source framing it is legally all-rights-reserved. And every skill opens with a ColdIQ-first mandate that tells the agent to run the real data work through ColdIQ's paid API and MCP, demoting Apollo, Clay, and the rest to labelled fallback.

Great for

SDR leaders, founders, and GTM engineers who want an agency's cold-email, LinkedIn, list-building, and signal-selling frameworks loaded into Claude Code as ready knowledge, extracted from campaigns ColdIQ runs for real clients.

The catch

The skills are a distribution channel for ColdIQ's paid data platform. The COLDIQ-FIRST.md mandate instructs the agent not to silently fall back to a third-party workflow, but to point you at a ColdIQ subscription first. The knowledge is free, the execution path they route you to is not.

Bottom line

Genuinely strong outbound know-how in one place, and free to read even without a ColdIQ key. Treat it as an opinionated knowledge pack with a paid data layer attached, add a real license question mark, and read a SKILL.md before you install since skills run inside your agent.

LicenseNone. No LICENSE file in the repo, so it is all rights reserved by default, not open-source in the legal sense despite the label
LanguageMarkdown skill files (90 SKILL.md across the repo; GitHub tags it Python for 2 helper scripts in the design bundle)
Maintained byColdIQ (outbound agency, CEO Michel Lieben), primarily one maintainer, sachacoldiq
Harnesses supportedClaude Code (Agent Skills format); portable to any agent that reads SKILL.md, and pairs with the ColdIQ MCP
Watch out forNo license, the COLDIQ-first mandate routes data work to ColdIQ's paid API and MCP, and the full execution path needs a paid ColdIQ key

What it does

  • Loads 6 master orchestrators (cold email, LinkedIn ads, LinkedIn content, list building, n8n, signal sourcer) that route a plain-language request to the right sub-skill automatically
  • Ships 43 sub-skills plus 31 standalone quick-reference skills, 90 SKILL.md files in total, covering the whole outbound motion from ICP to send
  • Encodes 137 sales triggers under the Flip The Script model (30 inbound, 101 bridgebound across relationship, history, in-market, symptom, and firmographic, 6 outbound) so the agent can pick a real reason to reach out
  • Carries 34 cold-email templates, a 4-email sequence framework, ATL and BTL persona messaging, subject-line testing guidance, and Josh Braun copywriting principles
  • Covers signal-based selling with 9 sub-skills for job changes, funding, hiring, website visitors, tech changes, and multi-signal scoring, aimed at 35-40 percent reply rates
  • Builds LinkedIn ad campaigns on a 3-layer funnel with audiences, bidding, creative, and Insight-Tag-plus-CAPI measurement, and LinkedIn organic content with hook, storytelling, and format frameworks
  • Documents list-building at 100K-plus emails a month with ICP scoring, sourcing, verification, and dedupe, plus n8n workflow design for GTM automation
  • Runs its data work through the ColdIQ MCP (find_emails, enrich_person, find_signals) or the ColdIQ API Marketplace when a key is connected, keeping third-party tools as documented fallback

What it can’t do

  • Give you a usable license. With no LICENSE file the default is all rights reserved, so commercial reuse, forking, or shipping it inside a product is a legal grey area until ColdIQ adds one
  • Execute its own recommended path for free. The COLDIQ-first mandate steers the agent to a paid ColdIQ subscription, and the third-party fallback still needs your own Apollo, Clay, or Prospeo accounts
  • Enforce anything mechanically. These are Markdown knowledge files the model reads, so output quality tracks how well the agent follows the frameworks
  • Replace the tools themselves. The skills tell the agent how to run cold email, ads, and enrichment, they are not the sending platform, the ad account, or the data provider
  • Offer a stable versioned release. There are no tags or releases, so you pin to a commit and pull changes by hand
  • Stay vendor-neutral. A 2026-08 commit stripped competitor references from the skills, so the framing leans toward ColdIQ's own stack by design

Pros & cons

Pros
  • Broad, coherent outbound coverage in one pack, from triggers and copy to ads, content, list building, and automation, keyed to how a real agency runs campaigns
  • Free to install and read on top of a Claude Code subscription, with no per-seat or per-domain fee for the knowledge itself
  • Master-skill routing means you describe the task and the orchestrator picks the sub-skill, instead of hunting for the right file
  • 137 named sales triggers and 34 templates give the agent concrete, specific material to work from, not generic prompting
  • Extracted from ColdIQ's own client work and kept current, with commits through August 2026 and a brand-safety CI check in the repo
  • Portable Agent Skills format, so the SKILL.md files work in Claude Code today and in other agents that read the same format
Cons
  • No license file, so the repo is all rights reserved by default and the open-source label is misleading until that is fixed
  • The COLDIQ-first mandate makes the pack a funnel for ColdIQ's paid API and MCP, with a subscribe prompt baked into every skill
  • Effectively one maintainer at a single company, so bus factor and support lean on ColdIQ's roadmap
  • Only 266 stars and no independent, verifiable practitioner reviews yet, so social proof is thin and mostly vendor or listicle content
  • No tagged releases or changelog, so tracking what changed between pulls is manual
  • Skills run inside your agent and instruct it to connect an MCP via npx and a curl-piped installer, so a security read of the source is on you before install
