The most complete open-source cold-outbound skill pack for Claude Code, distilled by GrowthEngineX from more than 1,000 real B2B campaigns into 30 skills across five tracks plus 19 buying-signal playbooks. It is MIT, free, and alive, with a solo maintainer shipping through August 2026. Two honest catches. It is clone-and-run with your own API keys, so the code executes on your machine and the paid tools it orchestrates cost roughly $130 a month, and the 19 Clay playbooks ship as written recipes the author has not run live.

Founders, SDRs, and outbound agencies already comfortable in Claude Code who want a repeatable campaign engine, from ICP to reply scoring, without paying for a closed AI-SDR platform.
The catch
There is no hosted version. You clone the repo, bring keys for Smartlead, Prospeo, Dynadot, Zapmail and more, and run TypeScript locally, so setup and the roughly $130-a-month tool bill are yours.
Bottom line
The clearest free path from zero to a running cold campaign inside Claude Code, from a credible practitioner. It is one person's project with unverified Clay recipes, so read the skill files, security-check the repo, and treat the playbooks as specs until you run five rows yourself.

- Runs a guided /cold-email-kickoff orchestrator that walks ICP, lead magnet, campaign strategy, and a plan in one flow, then hands off to the right next skill for your current state
- Covers 30 skills across five tracks: strategy, infrastructure, list building, copy and send, and iterate and automate, built from patterns across 1,000-plus real B2B campaigns
- Provisions the sending stack end to end, buying domains on Dynadot, creating inboxes on Zapmail, and configuring Smartlead warmup and signatures
- Builds and qualifies lists from many sources (Prospeo title-first export, Blitz domain-first, Google Maps for local SMBs, lookalike discovery, competitor-post engagers), each gated by an ICP qualification step and graded by a list-quality scorecard
- Writes copy through a stepwise flow (direction, subject, body, final variants.yaml), auto-scans for spam words, adds spintax, and uploads to Smartlead as a DRAFT you start manually so nothing auto-fires
- Measures what matters with positive-reply scoring, single-variable experiment design, an autonomous campaign launcher, and a Monday/Wednesday/Friday operating rhythm

What it can’t do
- Run without setup work; there is no hosted option, so you clone the repo, edit a .env file, and execute TypeScript scripts on your own machine
- Cost nothing to operate; the skills are free, but the tools they drive (Smartlead, Prospeo, Dynadot, Zapmail, MillionVerifier) run roughly $360 the first month and $130 a month after
- Guarantee the 19 Clay playbooks work as written; the README states the clay-table and clay-workflow files have not been built and run in a live Clay workspace and should be treated as specifications
- Replace a sending platform; it orchestrates Smartlead and Instantly through their APIs and does not deliver mail itself

Very cool, thanks for publishing this. One idea: modularize the stack around the 5 phases so providers can be swapped independently. For example, I use Apollo instead of Prospeo. That should mainly affect Track 3... Could be cleaner architecturally if phases map to capabilities/interfaces rather than specific tools/providers.
